Responsible for contacting the appropriate insurance company according to the patient's plan for necessary authorizations
Responsible for ongoing verification of patient insurance
Responsible for ongoing authorization of patients skilled needs
Responsible for assisting with referral entry and physician verifications as necessary
Responsible for acting as liaison between patient's insurance company, clinicians and providers to ensure patient's services are authorized timely
Responsible for updating and preparing the patient's contract for services
Responsible for assisting with physician/referral calls as necessary Required Minimum Education:
